This invitation is strictly personal and non-transferable. Only the nominated delegate from the invited organization is eligible to attend under this invitation.

2. Registration Information

All information provided through this form must be accurate, complete, and match the participant's official travel documents. Travel, accommodation, visa support, event access, and related logistics will be arranged based on the information submitted. Any incorrect, incomplete, or delayed information may result in delays, additional costs, or inability to process travel and event arrangements.

3. Passport & Travel Documents

4. Visa Requirements

Participants must accurately indicate their visa status and confirm whether visa support documentation is required. Where applicable, Redington may provide invitation letters or supporting documents to facilitate the visa application process. Visa approvals, processing timelines, and entry permissions remain solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. Any visa fees, documentation charges, or related expenses not specifically covered by Redington shall be the responsibility of the participant.

5. Travel & Accommodation

Redington will provide accommodation for a maximum of two (2) nights only, from 2 September 2026 (Check-in) to 4 September 2026 (Check-out). Air travel, airport transfers, and related arrangements, where applicable, will be coordinated through designated travel partners and communicated separately. Participants are expected to comply with the official event itinerary unless otherwise approved by Redington.

6. Changes, Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Once flight tickets, hotel bookings, or other travel arrangements have been confirmed, changes may not be accommodated. Any additional costs arising from flight changes, date modifications, missed departures, voluntary cancellations, or itinerary deviations may be borne by the participant and/or their organization. In the event of a no-show after travel and accommodation arrangements have been confirmed, Redington reserves the right to recover actual costs incurred on behalf of the participant.

7. Taxation

Applicable tax requirements, including statutory deductions and reporting obligations, will be processed in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. PAN details or additional tax-related information may be requested only where required under applicable regulations.

If a participant is unable to attend, Redington should be informed at the earliest possible opportunity.

9. Centre of Excellence (COE) Visits

Participants may indicate their preferred COE visit options during registration. COE visit allocations will be made based on participant preferences, capacity availability, operational considerations, and scheduling requirements.
